We are a CMC, not a law firm, and we employ no solicitors or lawyers.
Legal advice and representation are provided only by independent panel firms regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the Law Society of Scotland, or the Law Society of Northern Ireland.
Standards we follow
We follow the FCA Handbook rules relevant to claims management companies, including:
- CMCOB (Claims Management: Conduct of Business) – Rules for claims management companies on how we market and onboard customers, including lead generation, pre-contract information, disclosure of fees, handling vulnerable customers, record-keeping, and ensuring communications are fair, clear and not misleading.
- PRIN (Principles for Businesses), including the Consumer Duty – High-level FCA Principles and the Consumer Duty requiring firms to act to deliver good outcomes for retail customers—acting in good faith, avoiding foreseeable harm, and supporting customers to pursue their objectives—across product/service design, price and value, customer understanding, and customer support.
- DISP (Dispute Resolution: Complaints) – Requirements for handling complaints promptly, fairly and consistently, with clear acknowledgements, final responses, record-keeping, and signposting customers to the Financial Ombudsman Service within the time limits set by DISP.
